These Terms & Conditions govern your use of turnkeyimages.com and your purchase or use of services provided by TurnKey Images, LLC (“TurnKey Images,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, booking services, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Services

TurnKey Images provides real estate media services, which may include photography, drone media, video, 3D tours, floor plans, property websites, virtual twilight, virtual staging, marketing assets, and related services.

Service availability may vary based on location, weather, property access, scheduling, airspace restrictions, and other operational factors.

Booking and Scheduling

Clients are responsible for providing accurate booking details, including property address, access instructions, preferred services, square footage, contact information, and any special instructions.

Appointments are subject to availability. We may contact you to confirm, adjust, or reschedule appointments when necessary.

Property Readiness

The property should be cleaned, staged, and ready to photograph before our arrival. TurnKey Images is not responsible for cleaning, staging, moving furniture, hiding personal items, or preparing the property unless specifically agreed in writing.

If the property is not ready, if access is unavailable, or if significant delays occur, additional fees or rescheduling may be required.

Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the payment terms presented at booking, invoice, or delivery. Media may be withheld until payment is received unless other arrangements have been approved.

Pay-at-close or delayed payment options, when available, may be subject to separate terms, eligibility, and approval.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients should notify us as soon as possible if an appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled. Cancellations, missed appointments, late arrivals, lockouts, or same-day changes may be subject to cancellation, travel, or rescheduling fees.

Weather-related rescheduling may be necessary for exterior photography, drone media, twilight photography, or other services affected by weather conditions.

Drone Services

Drone services are subject to FAA rules, airspace restrictions, weather, safety conditions, and pilot discretion. If drone services cannot be completed due to restricted airspace, weather, safety concerns, or regulatory limitations, we may reschedule, adjust the order, or remove the drone portion of the service.

Turnaround Times

Standard turnaround times vary by service type and order complexity. Same-day or rush turnaround may be available as an add-on for qualifying photo services when scheduling and production capacity allow.

Turnaround times are estimates and may be affected by order volume, property size, editing complexity, weather delays, vendor processing times, or technical issues.

Media Delivery

Final media is typically delivered digitally through an online gallery, delivery platform, property website, or other approved method. Clients are responsible for downloading, saving, and backing up delivered files.

Revisions and Corrections

If there is an issue with delivered media, please notify us promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to correct errors that are within our control.

Additional edits, changes requested after delivery, re-shoots due to property condition, or requests outside the original scope may be subject to additional fees.

Media License and Usage Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, TurnKey Images retains copyright ownership of all photos, videos, floor plans, and other media we create.

Upon payment in full, the client receives a limited license to use the delivered media for marketing the specific property or project for which the media was created. This may include MLS, brokerage websites, property websites, social media, flyers, email marketing, and related listing marketing uses.

Media may not be sold, transferred, sublicensed, reused for another property, or provided to third parties for unrelated commercial use without written permission from TurnKey Images.

Portfolio and Promotional Use

TurnKey Images may use delivered media for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, training, and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the shoot.

Third-Party Platforms and Vendors

Some services may rely on third-party platforms or providers, including order management systems, property website platforms, payment processors, editing vendors, floor plan providers, 3D tour platforms, SMS providers, or cloud storage tools.

We are not responsible for outages, delays, policy changes, or technical issues caused by third-party platforms or vendors.

SMS and Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number through our website, booking system, contact forms, over the phone, or direct communication, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from TurnKey Images related to your services.

Types of text messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations
• Scheduling updates
• Pre-shoot reminders
• Order updates
• Media delivery notifications
• Customer support communications

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions, bookings, and service needs.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-out instructions: You may opt out of SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Mobile information privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy content without permission, or use the website in a way that violates applicable laws.

Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep website content, service descriptions, pricing, and availability accurate. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change services, or modify pricing at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TurnKey Images is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
