3. Services and Booking

Turnkey Images provides real estate photography, video, drone, and digital media services as outlined on our Website.

• We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion.
• Service availability, pricing, and package details are subject to change.
• Booking a service implies your agreement to the scope, timeline, and pricing discussed at the time of scheduling.

4. Client Responsibilities

• You must ensure the property is accessible, photo-ready, and safe for our team.
• Any delays due to lack of access, unsafe conditions, or unprepared property may result in rescheduling fees.

5. Payment and Fees

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
• We accept [credit cards, ACH, cash, Zelle, and Titus payments].
• Rescheduling or cancellations within [24 hours] of the appointment may incur fees.
• Photos and deliverables are released only after full payment is made.

6. Intellectual Property & Licensing

• All photos, videos, floor plans, and media we create are owned by Turnkey Images.
• Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, limited license to use the media for property marketing.
• You may not sell, edit, or reuse media for future listings or purposes without our permission.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agreee not to use our Website or services:

• For unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activities.
• To infringe on our or others’ intellectual property rights.
• In a way that disrupts or harms our services or website.

8. Limitation of Liability

Turnkey Images is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Website or Services. Our total liability, if any, will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Website or Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Safety Clause

The client agrees to provide a safe working environment for all Turnkey Images team members.

Clients must:

• Ensure the property is free from hazards and accessible at the scheduled time.
• Keep children, pets, and unnecessary personnel clear of active workspaces.
• Disclose any known hazards in advance (e.g., structural damage, loose fixtures, dangerous animals, firearms, etc.).

Turnkey Images reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or refuse service if unsafe or inaccessible conditions exist. Any such delays or rescheduling may result in applicable service or travel fees

12. Drone & UAS Compliance

Turnkey Images operates under FAA Part 107 certification and complies with all federal, state, and local laws.

By booking drone services, you agree that:

• Aerial services may not be performed if FAA airspace restrictions, weather conditions, or on-site safety prevent legal or safe flight.
• Flight operations will not occur over active people, vehicles, or within restricted zones, unless an approval waiver is granted by the FAA.
• The client is responsible for notifying Turnkey Images of any HOA rules, property restrictions, or nearby hazards (e.g., power lines, wildlife).

Turnkey Images may reschedule or cancel drones services, without penalty, if legal or safety standards cannot be met. Rescheduling fees may still apply if access or environment issues are on the client’s part.
